Ventii Eats (the "Company," "we," "us," and "our,")
”Merchant” refers to any person who uses the platform and or/software to sell products and transacts with the customers.
”Customers” (“ End User” ) refers to any person who uses the platform and or/software to transact with the Ventii Eats Merchants.
“Users” means any person who uses the application, platform and/or software to search for and obtain the solutions.
“Services” refers to all the works performed by Ventii Eats electronically through the Software it developed.
“Merchant Wallet” refers to the Merchant’s balance with Ventii Eats.
“Solutions” means the following transportation and/or logistics services which are made available to Users through the Service
“Ventii Eats Payment Feature” refers to the payment portal or transaction platform that the Users and Merchants can use to transact.
This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, inducements or conditions, expressed, or implied, oral or written, except which stated in the attachment.
The Merchant hereby reads, understands, agrees to the applicable terms and conditions, which may be updated by Ventii Eats from time to time (“Terms”) and are deemed as an integral part of this Agreement;
This Agreement shall take effect from the date of this Agreement and shall continue in force until terminated in writing by either Party.
Scope of Service
Ventii appoints Merchant, and Merchant agrees to be appointed by Ventii as (i) Ventii’s restaurant partner; and/or (ii) Ventii’s retail partner, and/or (iii) Ventii’s wholesale partner whereby Ventii’s is entitled to accept orders on behalf of the Merchant from End User through Ventii Eats (“Services”).
The Services as provided on the scope of Services is limited to:
> referring End User to the Merchant;
> accepting orders and payments from End User, according to the method sets by Ventii Eats; and
> passing the payment and order from the End User to the Merchant according to the method set by Ventii Eats
> sending the order through our partner courier from Merchant to End User according to the methods set by Ventii Eats.
Ventii Eats may carry out changes to Services, or suspend the Services, without notice.
Merchant hereby agrees to open and maintain cooperation with Ventii Eats regarding the availability and acceptance of Ventii Eats Payment Feature, to facilitate any payment related to Ventii Eats products and services. In relation to the Ventii Eats Payment Feature, Merchant hereby gives its consent to Ventii Eats to collect all transactions or any fees related to Ventii Eats and/or on behalf of Ventii Eats, from Merchant’s funds generated from payments made by using Ventii Eats Payment Feature. In no cases will the Merchant hold Ventii Eats liable for the collection of transaction fees or any fees related to Ventii Eats and/or on behalf of Ventii Eats. Merchant also agrees to give the right to Ventii Eats to share transaction data in relation to orders using the Ventii Eats Website and/or Personal Data (if necessary) to Ventii Eats, solely for the purpose of such Ventii Eats Payment Feature.
> Ventii Eats guarantees that it possesses all licenses required by prevailing laws and regulations and that there are no ongoing criminal, bankruptcy, or tax proceedings, or other penalties outstanding in relation to its business operations.
> Ventii Eats shall perform reasonable due diligence to ensure the safety and security of the platform.
> Ventii Eats shall present on the Ventii Eats Website the range of food and/or beverage products offered by the Merchant under Ventii Eats Services.
> In connection with Ventii Eats, whenever an order is received by Ventii Eats, Ventii Eats will communicate the order details to the Merchant for food and/or beverage preparation. A rider will collect the prepared order as a take-away order. The rider will then deliver the order to the End User. In the event that the End User selects pick up as their preferred freight method, Ventii Eats will send all necessary information to the End User.
> Ventii Eats provides real-time SMS and email notifications to ensure that the Merchant is informed of orders.
> Ventii Eats shall disburse the food and/or beverage amount to the Merchant for orders completed. Fund transfers will be done on a weekly basis, following our payout schedule. To learn more about our payout schedule, visit our Help page.
> In order to maintain its reputation for quality and high standard of service, Ventii Eats reserves the right to terminate the relationship with the Merchant if the Merchant repeatedly receives bad reviews and/or complaints of failure to fulfill delivery orders.
> The Merchant shall provide Ventii Eats with all information necessary to present the Merchant’s offering. This includes the Merchant’s logo, menu, products, images, prices, and its company identity, which for small businesses includes the owner’s full name and legal address, bank details and for corporations includes the company name, business documents, corporate registration number, registered address, trade name, authorized signatory, and tax identification number (NPWP). Relevant changes are to be communicated to Ventii Eats immediately. The Merchant is required to verify the information published by Ventii Eats and immediately point out any mistakes or inaccuracies. The Merchant shall immediately notify Ventii should there be price changes. For avoidance of doubt, the Merchant’s logo, menu, products, images, prices, and its company identity may be published on Ventii Eats Website and other media means (including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Google AdWords).
> The Merchant guarantees that the information published on Ventii Eats Website relating to the Merchant’s offering satisfies all legal requirements, and in particular satisfies information requirements for End User protection. Ventii Eats is not required to publish the Merchant’s offering on Ventii Eats Website if all relevant information has not been received.
> The Merchant guarantees that the information provided by the Merchant does not violate any third party’s Intellectual Property Rights.
> The Merchant will prepare and process orders with all reasonable care on or before the scheduled delivery date. The Merchant is required to keep its listed food and/or beverage products available to the best of its ability.
> The Merchant guarantees that the food and/or beverage products provided, prepared, and sold to End Users are in good quality and safe for consumption. In the event that any food and/or beverage products from the Merchant are spoiled, defected, broken, or result in food poisoning, allergies, or other effects that will disappoint or harm the End User, the Merchant will be personally responsible and/or legally liable for such incident, both material and immaterial, and release Ventii from any claim related to such matter.
> For Ventii Eats Services, the Merchant is obligated to notify Ventii Eats at least one day before the scheduled delivery or pick-up date if the Merchant is unable to fulfill an order, so that Ventii Eats can notify the End User immediately.
> The Merchant guarantees that the food and/or beverage products offered are of high quality and that their storage, production and preparation comply with all relevant food safety regulations. If any violations are found by the relevant authorities, the Merchant must notify Ventii Eats immediately.
> The Merchant guarantees that it possesses all licenses required by prevailing laws and regulations and that there are no ongoing criminal, bankruptcy, or tax proceedings, or other penalties outstanding in relation to its business operations.
> The Merchant guarantees to take great care to keep up-to-date its range of products, prices, and associated terms and conditions.
> Pay the Fees to Ventii in accordance to the method sets by Ventii;
> Provide a reasonable penalty fee if such Fees are not paid according to the due date (If applicable).
> The Merchant acknowledges and agrees that the Driver may batch several orders for trip efficiencies (where applicable).
> The Merchant acknowledges that Ventii Eats is not liable for any damages to the goods during transit.
Fees and Payment Obligation
In consideration to Ventii Eats’ provision of Services under this Agreement, the Merchant shall pay Ventii Eats the Fees (If applicable). For avoidance of doubt, the Merchant is not allowed to charge any service charge to the End User.
The Merchant agrees to pay any and all costs and expenses in connection to any payment obligation to Ventii Eats (including but not limited to promo and campaign, cancellation policy) in the manner as Ventii Eats may specify from time to time (including but not limited to deductions from your payouts in the Ventii Eats Website, to pay for your liabilities and/or outstanding obligation to Ventii Eats or its affiliates), either via Ventii Eats’ account or other accounts or payment channels appointed by Ventii Eats.
The Merchant hereby agrees to pay and bear any costs (if applicable) such as admin/transfer fees or other fee, in connection with the transfers made by other accounts or payment channels appointed by Ventii Eats, which are intended to make payments to Merchant’s personal account.
Ownership and Rights
Each Party warrants that it is the legal licensee of all Intellectual Property Rights used under this Agreement and free from any infringement or violation of any third party ownership or intellectual property rights and no other party will claim to have the same ownership of such Intellectual Property Rights.
All reports, specifications, other similar documents compiled or prepared in the course of this Agreement, including documents, materials produced in respect of the Services and any derivation of any Intellectual Property Rights granted by any Party, pursuant to the previous clause, shall be the absolute property of such Party throughout their preparation and at all times thereafter. For the avoidance of doubt, the Intellectual Property Rights subsisting in all reports, specifications and other similar documents set out in this clause shall at all times remain vested in the relevant Party.
Each Party warrants that it will not use any other Party’s trademark for any marketing activities, including but not limited to promotional activities without prior written consent from the other Party and unless it is conducted based on this Agreement.
The Services are not intended for users under the age of 18, unless permitted under applicable local laws (Permissible Age). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from users, market to, or solicit information from anyone under the Permissible Age. If we become aware that a person submitting personal information is under the Permissible Age, we will delete the account and any related information as soon as possible. If you believe we might have any information from or about a user under the Permissible Age, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Third party links and services
Data retention and account termination
Merchants must be aware that they are fully liable for their own products and inquiries as Ventii Eats is simply an avenue to help the community in posting and searching home-cooked meals. By understanding this, Ventii Eats will not be responsible for missed deliveries or food spoilage that may be received by buyers. Merchants are accountable for their brand and product information posted on the platform.
On Ventii Eats, merchants can choose to schedule delivery and pick up dates, and can review all order summaries. Our goal is to provide quality service to all our customers and merchants in a timely manner. Kindly read and familiarize yourself with our policies regarding order processing and order cancellations.
Orders of Section 1 and 2 are eligible for a full refund, less the processing fee from Ventii Eats. These are as follow:
Section 1. All concerns must be reported within 24 hours after order confirmation
1.1 Customer’s requested order schedule cannot be accommodated.
1.2 Wrongly charged fees.
Section 2. All concerns must be reported within 24 hours after scheduled delivery/pick-up
2.1 Customer’s order has not been fulfilled by the merchant.
2.2 Rider incorrectly delivers order to a correctly placed address.

If you do not receive your order, kindly contact us through our in-website Live Chat, so we can investigate what happened. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Incorrect and/or Defective Orders
If you received incorrect and/or defective orders, please contact us through our in-website Live Chat. Kindly include your Order ID number, the incorrect and/or defective food product(s), and an image of the food that you received.
Our customer service representatives will investigate what happened and get in touch with you as soon as possible.
It is the merchant’s responsibility to present the correct order to the customer. If upon investigation, the merchant has provided an incorrect order, he/she must compensate and give the correct order and deliver it to the customer, free of charge. All complaints brought up within the Platform must be communicated with our Customer Representative.
For any concerns about damaged orders for delicate food items such as cakes, pastries, and ice cream, please use our On-Site Live Helpdesk so we may investigate the matter. Ventii Eats will be in coordination with the merchant and customer. Moreover, the merchant will be responsible for shouldering the total food amount as a refund to the customer. The customer will receive the refund from Ventii Eats and the same amount will be deducted from the merchant’s e-wallet.
Customers have the right to cancel an order within 24 hours after the order confirmation email with the scenario of Section 1.1. Ventii Eats will handle the full refund, including the processing fee with the following condition.
Each merchant is subjected to a maximum of 3 cancelled orders per month. If a merchant exceeds more than 3 cancelled orders within the month, the merchant will be liable for the processing fee of the order transaction.
It is the customer's responsibility to be present when the order is being delivered. Riders will wait for a maximum of 1.5 hours. Deliveries that have not been received by the customer after 1.5 hours will be cancelled, and the food can no longer be claimed.
For pick up, if a customer does not claim their order within the scheduled day, the order will be considered sold. In such cases, the customer will not be offered a refund or replacement.
Ventii Eats Delivery Terms and Policies
1. Customer will be charged the Standard Delivery Fee in accordance with the prevailing rates;
2. The prevailing rates are indicated in the Delivery Fee section of the Software and/or Ventii Eats website;
3. The fees and charges for the delivery of the food will be determined in accordance with the distance of both endpoints;
4. For merchants; orders must be ready prior to the rider’s arrival. Waiting Time Fees will apply if the rider waits for 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. However, should the waiting time exceed 1.5 hours, the rider will cancel the delivery and Cancellation Fees will apply. These fees will be subtracted from the merchant’s weekly payout. Furthermore, the merchant will be responsible for finding another rider who can deliver the customer’s order. Any and all fees related to the new delivery schedule will be shouldered by the merchant.
5. For customers; In consideration of our riders, kindly make sure that you are present when your order is being delivered. Riders who have been waiting for more than 1.5 hours will cancel the delivery. The food, then, can no longer be claimed.
6. Ventii Eats, for the performance of the services, shall be entitled to a percentage in the total fees and charges due for an order. The fees aforementioned are to be shouldered by the following:
Merchant (Waiting Time Fee)
The merchant will be charged the Waiting Time Fee (PHP 60) after the first 30 minutes. This will be subtracted from their weekly payout schedule.
If the order is not yet ready after 1.5 hours, the delivery will be cancelled.
Customer (Waiting Time Fee)
Ventii Eats will shoulder the Waiting Time Fee (PHP 60) after the first 30 minutes.
If the customer still can’t be contacted after 1.5 hours, the delivery will be cancelled.
Merchant (Cancellation Fee)
Deliveries will be cancelled if the rider has been waiting for more than 1.5 hours. Cancellation Fees (30% of the total delivery fee) + Waiting Time Fee (PHP 60) will be subtracted from the merchant’s weekly payout.
The merchant will have to book a new delivery schedule and shoulder the cost.
Customer (Cancellation Fee)
Deliveries will be cancelled if the rider has been waiting for more than 1.5 hours.
Ventii will shoulder the Cancellation Fees (100% of the total delivery fee) + Waiting Time Fee (PHP 60).
The rider will bring home the food. The food can no longer be claimed by the customer, and there will be no refund.
While we would love to hear about your experiences, there are a few things we expect from every user on Ventii Eats. Your reviews and photos, as well as your profile and the comments you share, are all subject to our Code of Conduct or Content Guidelines.
If your activity on Ventii Eats doesn't match up to these content guidelines, we reserve the right to take action as we deem necessary. This could include altering or deleting your reviews, or deleting your Ventii Eats account altogether, with or without notice.Ventii Eats also utilizes an algorithm to aid in removing suspicious reviews. If you feel your review was deleted in error, email us at email@example.com.
If you see content that does not align with these content guidelines, please let us know. We will consider all reports. However, due to the diversity of our community, it is possible that content disagreeable to you might not meet the criteria to be removed.
> Keep your listing updated: While our team makes every effort to keep information on Ventii Eats up-to-date, we would appreciate it if you update us on the significant changes with your brand. This includes any change in timing (expected time for food preparation or delivery).
> Don't solicit reviews: The best way to get reviews is to delight customers with your food and service. Selective solicitation is strictly not allowed, and offering any type of compensation or kick-back for reviews is highly discouraged.
> Don’t ever offer freebies, discounts, or payment in exchange for reviews.
> Don't offer incentives for users to remove reviews.
> Don’t ask your staff to compete with each other to collect reviews.
> Don’t work with companies or third-party vendors/PR agencies offering to 'fix your reviews/ratings'.
> While conducting foodie meetups is allowed, reviews which come in lieu of these official gatherings must carry a clear disclaimer which will help the others identify that the review is based on an invite. That being said, an invite certainly does not mean that the user needs to post a positive review
> If we come across any evidence (direct/indirect) of you indulging in solicitation, we could include altering or deleting your reviews, or deleting your Ventii Eats account altogether, with or without notice.
> Respond to criticism positively: Take the unflattering reviews as constructive feedback and use it as an opportunity to fix things. Whether you agree with the feedback or not, take the criticism in good stride. You can reply with a management response to show you care, but please don't use this as a platform to hit back or offer the customer an incentive to edit their review. Your response can't be edited after posting, so choose your words wisely.
> Be accountable: Ventii Eats will not moderate any questionable activities about your restaurant posted in reviews. We may also not moderate or delete any reviews where any third party service provider is involved. Such a review may be retained if it falls within our guidelines.
> Don't entertain: Fulfilling the demands of customers who ask for benefits at the threat of bad reviews or ratings, sends a message that this behavior is tolerated. Similarly, inviting users who have reviewed and given a low rating back to the restaurant for a complementary meal, invites false negative reviews. These issues affect the entire community and require everyone's participation to curb their prevalence. Please report users who engage in such activities to firstname.lastname@example.org.
> In a concerted effort to maintain the neutrality of content on Ventii Eats, merchants and their employees or affiliates are not permitted to write reviews. We understand that being in the restaurant industry, you are truly passionate about food, and would love to share your experiences. But when you're unavoidably invested in your business, it becomes hard to leave emotions (and bias) at the door. This is a step towards maintaining neutrality - and quality - of the content on Ventii Eats.
It's also important to note that Ventii Eats has no employees or affiliates who are paid to review. If any guest identifies themselves as an official blogger, review employee, or associate of Ventii Eats, it's not true. If you observe any such practice, report it to email@example.com. Appropriate action will be taken against the user if evidence can be provided.
> Write well-thought-out reviews: To make sure we collectively work towards building the highest-quality content that's useful to everyone, reviews need to be a maximum of 140 characters long for reviews. That's just about the length of a tweet, so it's convenient even for all you micro-bloggers. However, if any review is filled with junk, we might have to remove the review altogether.
> Keep it relevant: Please keep your contributions relevant to Ventii Eats’ merchants and users. Accounts placing irrelevant, inappropriate, or promotional content, that solicit customers, or that spam restaurants, may be deleted without notice. If your review has been removed or moderated by us and if you repost another experience for the same restaurant, we reserve the right to remove that review too, even though such review might be in line with our content guidelines.
> Keep it clean: Do not use abusive/foul/hateful/inappropriate language. Do not issue threats. We, just like you, hate junk and will delete it whenever we see it. This also includes (but is not limited to) derogatory comments on someone's protected characteristics (e.g. race, gender, religion) or indication of a personal vendetta against a business and its associates.
> Keep it fresh: You're free to edit and update your review based on subsequent visits at any time. Reviews about old experiences (more than 6 months old) will also be deleted from our platform.That's what is going to help people when they're trying to decide whether or not to eat there.
> Keep it real: Write your review based on facts and your own experiences (e.g. not a friend’s experience, not hearsay, not based on media reports). Please don't exaggerate or falsify your experience. We do not take sides in cases of dispute, so make sure you can stand by your word. Content that indicates the reviewer hasn't visited or availed any services from the restaurant will be removed. For example, "Never been here, never want to. Management is horrible!" Deceptive, fake, or misleading reviews will be removed. Reviewing a bunch of food outlets in quick succession is considered suspicious activity, and it's likely these reviews will be moderated. Accepting or soliciting a kickback – monetary or otherwise – in exchange for reviews or photographs is also not acceptable, and could result in removal of your profile.
> Don't solicit: Identifying or promoting yourself as an official Ventii Eats blogger, or using your status to solicit any kind of benefits (including but not limited to accepting money, free meals, drinks) in exchange for promotion, or at the threat of negative reviews on Ventii Eats, will not be tolerated. If reports or evidence of such instances are brought to our attention, we reserve the right to delete your Ventii Eats profile or take any other action that we may deem fit, no questions asked. Acts that constitute as 'Solicitation' include:
> Explicit or implied agreement (written or verbal) to write reviews in exchange for money, a free meal(s), drinks, etc.
> Being a part of social media groups (e.g. WhatsApp/Facebook or any other social media platform) which offer incentives in exchange of reviews.
> Don't steal: Plagiarism is something we take seriously. Copying others' reviews or photos from Ventii Eats or other platforms, or even reposting your own in multiple places on Ventii Eats (in full or in part), is something that will not be tolerated and may be removed or moderated. We trust that you'll create your own content.
> Tell the whole story: If you luck into a free meal, dine as a guest, or have a relevant association with the owners or competitors, give full disclosure in your review. Honesty is the best policy, and other users will respect you more for it. If you have made it to the major league as a food writer or critic, let us know and we can provide special access for your blog link to appear with your reviews. We love summaries, but incomplete reviews with a manually added link will be removed.
> Be yourself: Your profile is your identity on Ventii Eats, so keep it real. You're welcome to use a screen name, but please refrain from using inappropriate names, bios, or profile images. We will remove inappropriate accounts.
> Don’t be a bully: We take allegations of blackmail or threatening behavior against restaurants and its associates very seriously. This activity is strictly against our guidelines and may also be illegal in many locations. Reviews submitted in an attempt to blackmail a restaurant and its associates will be deleted.
> Play by the rules: The content you add should be in compliance with Ventii Eats’ Terms and Conditions, as well as local laws and regulations. Local laws take precedence, and content may be moderated or deleted to adhere to these.
> Seek help from the right people: Ventii Eats is a website with no claims to be a court of law or a ministry of health. If you have a dispute with a restaurant, or if you feel a restaurant does not measure up to health codes, we encourage you to contact the appropriate authorities directly. Ventii Eats is not the appropriate platform for reporting illegal activities, physical confrontations, health code violations, or anything under investigation by local governing bodies or law-enforcement personnel. We encourage that such accusations be reported to the concerned authorities rather than being mentioned in reviews.
Note that these kinds of photos are not allowed on Ventii Eats:
> Photos that are exact duplicates of other photos, or are multiple clicks of the same dish
> Plagiarized photos
> Photos of others posted without their permission
> Photos that contain promotional content
> Photos that contain subject such as people in it
> Photos that are blurry, unclear, or unfocused
> Photos that contain text
> Photos of half-eaten food items
> Photos of packed food items/packaging
> Photos of food under preparation
> Photos containing watermarks or write-ups of any kind
> Photos containing and focussing on subjects other than food
> Unpleasant photos that ruin people's appetites
Violation of these guidelines may lead to reduced visibility or deletion of your pictures.
Ventii Eats (the "Company," "we," "us," and "our,") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through its compliance with its privacy policies. This policy describes:
> the types of information that Ventii Eats may collect from you when you access or use our website and other online services (collectively, referred to as "Services"); and
> its practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing such information.
This policy applies only to the information that Ventii Eats collects through its Services, email, text, and other electronic communications that are sent through or in connection with its Services.
This policy DOES NOT apply to information that you provide to, or is collected by, any third-party, such as merchants (chefs and bakers) whom you contact through our Services, and social networks that you use in connection with our Services. Ventii Eats encourages you to consult directly with such third-parties about their privacy practices.
This policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of our Services after we make any change is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
The information we collect and how we use it
Ventii Eats (the "Company," "we," "us," and "our”) collects several types of information from and about users of our Services, including:
> Information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Services, and your usage details.
We collect this information:
> automatically as you navigate through our Services (information collected automatically may include usage details; IP addresses; and information collected through cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies).

The information we collect on or through our Services may include:
> Your preferences: Your preferences and settings, such as time zone and language.
> Your content: Information you provide through our Services, including your reviews, photographs, comments, lists, followers, the users you follow, food ordering details and history, special meal requests, and other information you provide on our Services.
> Your searches and other activities: The search terms that you have looked up and the results that you have selected.
> Your browsing information: How long you use our Services, which features you use, and the ads that you click on.
> Your communications: Communications between you and other users or merchants through our Services; your participation in a survey, poll, sweepstakes, contest, or promotion scheme; your request for certain features (e.g., newsletters, updates or other products); your communication with us about employment opportunities posted to the services.
> Your Public Posts: You also may provide information (such as ratings, reviews, tips, photos, comments, likes, bookmarks, friends, lists, etc.) to be published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") on publicly accessible areas of our Services, or transmitted to other users of our Services or third-parties (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we limit access to certain pages, you may set certain privacy settings for such information by logging into your account profile. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of our Services with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. We may display this information on the Services, share it with businesses, and further distribute it to a wider audience through third party sites and services. You should be careful about revealing any sensitive details about yourself in such postings.
We use the information you provide to us to enhance the functionality and improve the quality of our Services, and to personalize your experience while using our Services. We also use this information to display relevant advertising, provide support to you, communicate with you, and comply with our legal obligations.
Information about your messages
If you exchange messages with others through our Services, we may store them in order to process and deliver them, allow you to manage them, and investigate possible violations of our Terms of Service and wrongdoing in connection with the Services. If you send information from the Services to your mobile device via SMS text message, we may log your phone number, phone carrier, and the date and time that the message was processed. Carriers may charge recipients for texts that they receive.
How we use the information we collect

When you sign up for an account, you are opting in to receive emails from other Ventii Eats users, businesses, and Ventii Eats itself. Reviewing, changing, or deleting information
If you would like to review, change, or delete personal information that we have collected from you, or permanently delete your account, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you delete your User Contributions from our websites, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users of our websites.
Accessing and correcting your personal information
We will take reasonable steps to accurately record the personal information that you provide to us and any subsequent updates.
We encourage you to review, update, and correct the personal information that we maintain about you, and you may request that we delete personal information about you that is inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant for legitimate purposes, or are being processed in a way which infringes any applicable legal requirement.

You play an important role in keeping your personal information secure. You should not share your user name, password, or other security information for your Ventii Eats account with anyone. If we receive instructions using your user name and password, we will consider that you have authorized the instructions.
Information we collect through automatic data collection techniques
We may automatically collect certain information about the computer or devices (including mobile devices) you use to access our Services, and about your use of our Services, even if you use our Services without registering or logging in.
> Computer and device information: Information about your computer, Internet connection and mobile device, including your IP address, operating systems, platforms, browser type, other browsing information (connection, speed, connection type etc.), device type, device's unique device identifier, mobile network information, and the device's telephone number.

> Last URL visited: The URL of the last web page you visited before visiting our websites.
> Mobile device IDs: Unique mobile device identifier (e.g. IDFA or other device IDs on Apple devices like the iPhone and iPad), if you're using our Services on a mobile device, we may use mobile device IDs (the unique identifier assigned to a device by the manufacturer), instead of cookies, to recognize you. We may do this to store your preferences and track your use of our website. Unlike cookies, mobile device IDs cannot be deleted.
